HIIIII! I’m Chloe and I’m passionate about bringing people’s vision for themselves to life! I specialize in using highlift color to create dimension in virgin hair as opposed to using lightener (check my insta for the benefits😎) as well as vivids. If you book with me, we’ll definitely end up talking about local food, travel, personal projects, and obviously your hair goals. And if you need a break from the constant chit chat of life, earplugs are provided (I’m not afraid of a silent appointment post consultation)⭐️
